At Jokez & Wittees, all products are made to order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All items sold on our website are produced specifically for each order. Because of this:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Design preference
- Ordering the wrong item
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size guides before purchasing.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrectly printed
- Not the item ordered
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence
Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund (at our discretion)
3. Items Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Incorrect size chosen by the customer
- Minor colour variations due to screen or printing differences
- Wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund times depend on your payment provider
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect
5. Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun
- If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately after purchase
- Cancellation is not guaranteed
